Essential information regarding your participation, attendance, and registration terms.

Participant Terms

Registration is mandatory for all participants including speakers and students.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, conference kit, coffee breaks, and lunch.

Student registration requires a valid student ID or letter from the department head.

Early bird registration discounts are available until the specified deadline.

Substitutions can be made at any time by notifying the conference secretariat in writing.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received 60 days prior to the conference will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations received between 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days before the conference.
